Polyurethane water impregnation varnish

Polyurethane impregnation acrylic varnish. Protects, decorates, waterproofs wood. Suitable for exterior and interior wooden surfaces, such as doors, windows, frames, pergolas, fences, paneling. The built-in filters against ultraviolet radiation and the special additives it contains enhance its water repellent property, effectively protecting it from the sun, rain, moisture and pollutants. At the same time, due to the biocides it contains, it effectively prevents the growth of mold and fungi on its membrane. It has a very mild odor. impregnates deeply and is easily applied to vertical surfaces or beams because it does not drip. Its elasticity allows it to monitor the contractions-expansions of the wood, without cracking or peeling.

SURFACE PREPARATION
The surface must be dry, stable and free of dust, other debris and loose old paint.
»On new surfaces: Before applying the impregnation varnish, remove the oils and resins with KRAFT BRUSH SOLVENT, wipe along with the water of the wood, remove dust with a damp, lint-free cloth. Cure roses, apply 1 coat of KRAFT WOOD CARE preservative to protect against wood-eating insects and fungi.
»On already painted surfaces: Before applying the impregnation varnish, remove all old paints or varnishes with KRAFT REMOVER and then clean the surface with KRAFT Brush Solvent or wipe well until they are removed with the appropriate sandpaper.
After the surface is completely dry and all residues are removed, repair all the defective parts of the wood with the appropriate putty.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
»The product is ready to use.
»Check the humidity of the pre-painted surface. Do not exceed 10%.
»Do not apply to wooden surfaces that are in contact with the ground or water.
»The strength of the material decreases in case of its application on horizontal surfaces that are pressed.
»Some types of wood such as impregnated oak and Iroko reduce the durability of the material.
»A suitable painting tool is the brush.
»Apply 2-3 coats of KRAFT WOOD SHIELD for an ideal result.
»On very exposed surfaces apply 3 coats of KRAFT WOOD SHIELD.
»Colorless is recommended for repainting if a colored one has been used before and we do not want the surface to darken any more.
»Minimum repaint time 24 hours.
»Surface drying in ½-1 hour at 25 ° C and relative humidity 60%. The drying time is affected by the weather conditions.
»The final shade of the wood depends on its original color and age.
»Do not apply at temperatures below 10 ° C and above 35 ° C as well as above 60% relative humidity.
»Close the container tightly to keep it in good condition for future use and store the product before and after use in a cool place away from sun exposure or frost.
»Clean the tools immediately after use with warm soapy water.
»Up to 7 years protection. Intended for properly prepared wood and applied with 3 coats of varnish. It depends on the weather exposure. The period can be shortened if the wood is exposed to adverse conditions in a Southwest oriented environment, or on a surface with moisture and stagnant water.
