SPECIAL APPLICATIONS
Vitex Eco due to its special composition prevents the growth of germs on the paint film, making it ideal for areas that require aseptic – hygienic conditions such as children’s rooms, hospitals, maternity hospitals, surgeries, clinics, schools, kindergartens, gyms, food stores , hotels etc.

SHADES
Available in white, and in an unlimited number of shades through the Vitex Coloring System.

PROCEDURE
Surfaces must be clean, dry and smooth, free of dust, oil or any loose material. On already painted surfaces without problems and loose spots, no special preparation is required and Vitex Eco is applied directly.

Acrylic Putty or Visto is used for dulling the holes and spackling any cracks.

Old water-based surfaces (with lime or glue) are primed with Acrylan Unco Eco.

New surfaces of plaster, concrete, bricks, plasterboard, etc., as well as trowel surfaces are primed with Acrylan Unco Eco.

Surfaces soiled with nicotine, tobacco, markers, coffees and other stains are primed with Blanco Eco.

For maximum coverage in dark and intense (such as blue, red and yellow) final shades on the surfaces to be painted, it is recommended to first apply PreColor Primer painted through the Vitex Coloring system depending on the final shade.

APPLICATION

The product is stirred well before use. It is applied in two coats with a roller, brush or airless gun and diluted up to 10% with water. It should not be applied at temperatures below 5 ° C, above 35 ° C and / or relative humidity above 80%.

The product is dry to the touch in 30-60 minutes and can be repainted after 3-4 hours. These times vary depending on the weather conditions (relative humidity and temperature). After applying the paint, seal the container tightly and store it at temperatures between 5 ° C and 38 ° C for future use.

Surfaces painted with Vitex Eco are washed using a soft sponge with water and in case of persistent stains with a soft, colorless detergent, after at least three weeks of painting.

Tools are cleaned immediately after use with water and if necessary with soap or detergent. Do not empty the washing liquids into the water table.

Special handling of paint residues is required, not to be disposed of with household waste or dumped. Ask your local authority for advice on their disposal and collection.
