Verolac is a high gloss, long-lasting, alkyd solvent-based lacquer, suitable for all exterior and interior metal surfaces. It has great hardness, coverability and gloss that remains unchanged. Due to its special composition it is an excellent anti-corrosive finish for any kind of metal surface. Its shades remain unchanged in adverse weather conditions and washing. It works softly, spreads very well and offers protection and beauty.

PROCEDURE

Surfaces must be cleaned with T 300 Brush Thinner, be dry and smooth, free of dust, oils and sanded with suitable sandpaper.
Metal surfaces are primed with an anti-rust primer (Anti-Rust Primer, New Type Minium or Metal Primer).
Metallic glossy surfaces (galvanized, aluminium, etc.) are primed with Gloss Primer or Wash Primer.

APPLICATION

The product is stirred well before use. Apply in two coats with a roller or brush diluted 5% with Brush Thinner T 300 or airless gun diluted 5% with Gun Thinner T 350. It should not be applied at temperatures lower than 5°C, higher than 35°C and/or relative humidity above 80%.
The product is dry to the touch in 2-3 hours and can be repainted after 20-24 hours. These times vary depending on the weather conditions (relative humidity and temperature). Surfaces painted with Verolac are washed after 30 days after painting.
Rollers, brushes and stains on the floor are cleaned with Brush Solvent T 300 and then with soap or detergent. Pistols are cleaned with Pistol Thinner T 350.
