Anti-rust primer for metal surfaces

High quality alkyd solvent primer with excellent anti-corrosion properties and high strength thanks to the new technology of non-toxic anti-corrosion pigments. SURFACE PREPARATION
The surface must be dry, stable and free of dust, other debris and loose old paint. In case of old rust, sand the surface with the appropriate sandpaper. Use KRAFT BRUSH SOLVENT to disinfect surfaces. Wet sanding is recommended for surface preparation.
»On new surfaces: Before applying the paint, apply 1-2 coats of KRAFT RUST BLOCKER and lightly scrape off with wet scrubbing after 24h.
»On painted surfaces: Remove all the remnants of dull colors and apply 1-2 coats of KRAFT RUST BLOCKER. After 24 h, lightly scrape the surface and apply the appropriate final paint.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
»Ready to use. If necessary, before you start painting, dilute 5-10% by volume. with KRAFT BRUSH SOLVENT and mix well. In case of application with an air gun, dilute 5-10% by volume. with KRAFT NITRO 1100.
»Suitable painting tools are: Brush, roller or air gun.
»Apply 1-2 coats of KRAFT RUST BLOCKER for an ideal result. Then apply 2 coats of KRAFT final paint.
»Apply only in open or well-ventilated area.
»Minimum repaint time 24 hours.
»Surface drying in 1-2 hours at 25 ° C and relative humidity 50%. The drying time is affected by the weather conditions.
” Do not apply at temperatures below 5°C and above 35°C and above 65% relative humidity.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR POST-APPLICATION
»Clean the tools immediately after use, with KRAFT BRUSH SOLVENT and then with warm soapy water.
“Close the container tightly to keep it in good condition for future use and store it before and after use in a cool place away from exposure to sunlight or frost.
