SURFACE PREPARATION AND APPLICATION
»It is recommended that the surfaces of fresh cement, putty, plaster, plaster are left to dry for at least 4 weeks, before the application of KRAFT PROFI Roof.
»To ensure good adhesion to the background, the surface is required to be dry, clean and free of dust, oils, salts, rust, loose paint and residue, puffy paints, etc.
»Remove psoriasis, fungi and greenery with mechanical sanding, wash with soapy water and allow the background to dry.
»Use KRAFT Putty to fill in gaps, cracks and other worn surfaces. Expansion joints or large cracks (>3mm) It is recommended that they be bridged using the KRAFT Hydroguard Net.
»Before applying the KRAFT PROFI Roof make sure that there are satisfactory drains and the corresponding water outlets on the roof (gutters). In places where there is stagnant water, it is recommended to correct the leaks. You may need to open new gutters or make local repairs to the gutters with special gutter mortar, lightweight concrete or perlite concrete. Slopes are recommended to be at least 2%.
»Do not use solvent substrates on asphalt substrates before applying the sealant.
»On absorbent surfaces (cement, concrete, plaster, etc.) apply a layer of KRAFT Eco Dur Aqua diluted with 80% water or KRAFT Dur diluted 100% with solvent and let it dry for 24 hours.
»Apply two coats of KRAFT PROFI Roof crosswise.
»On already painted surfaces with a stable background, apply two coats of KRAFT PROFI Roof crosswise.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
»Painting tools: Roller, brush, air gun or airless.
»Cleaning: Immediately after application, clean tools with hot soapy water or detergent, as well as product residues.
»Dilution: A maximum dilution rate of 5-10% is recommended for first hand only.
»Surface drying time: 2-3 hours, at 25ºC and 50% relative humidity (drying times are extended in wet – cold conditions).
»Minimum repaint time: 12-14 hours.
Stir well before use and during application.
»Do not apply at temperatures below 10ºC and above 35ºC as well as above 65% relative humidity.
»Do not apply in case of impending rain for the next 4 days.
»It is recommended to apply KRAFT PROFI Roof in hot weather conditions in the early morning hours, when the surface temperature of the roof is less than 30οC and not under direct sunlight.
