The body of the spray gun, made of anodised aluminium, has been given a new design and bears almost no resemblance to its predecessor. Weighing just 470g (without the cup), the Devilbiss DV1 is now the lightest in the paint gun range.

– Fluid Tips – wider range in new design
The design of the nozzle system is also new. Finish sizes 1,2, 1,3 and 1,4mm. Each individual nozzle size can work with the same needle, meaning you don’t need to change the needle if the operator switches to a different nozzle size.

– Air caps – HVLP ventilation
The caps are made for high performance at low pressure, it also features a quick thread for quick removal and replacement. The pistol also features a new coaxial air valve design: The air inlet and air control valve are now combined for a smoother air control that has 12 times the precision sensitivity, according to DeVilbiss.
