KRAFT JOINT ACRYLIC 20 is a plastic-elastic sealant of an acrylic based component. It is specially designed for use on absorbent, porous surfaces indoors and outdoors, such as between windows and windowsills, window frames and walls, cracks, etc. It is suitable for sealing vertical joints as well as for joints without a large functional change in width (up to 8%). It has excellent adhesion to cement, brick, wood, aluminum and PVC. It matures quickly on contact with atmospheric air. It is painted with the common acrylic and plastic paints after its complete hardening.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
To ensure good adhesion to the background, the surface is required to be dry, clean and free from dust, oils, salts, rust, loose paint and residue, puffy paints, etc.
»It is recommended to clean with a wire brush and then blow with compressed air, if available.
To prevent soiling on the lips of the joints, an adhesive paper tape is placed along them, which is removed immediately after sealing before the material hardens.
»The application of the material to the joint is done using a handgun or air pistol. The nozzle is cut obliquely in an opening proportional to the sealing width. The surface of the material is shaped with a spatula while it is fresh.
»Cleaning: Immediately after application, clean the tools as well as the product residues with hot water. When the material is fully cured, it is removed mechanically.
»Do not apply at ambient temperatures below 10 ° C and above 35 ° C.
»Do not apply in case of impending rain for the next hours.
»The material is not suitable for constant contact with water.
»Surface drying time: 10-15 minutes, at 25 ° C and 50% relative humidity (drying times are extended in wet / cold conditions).
»Complete curing time: 4-5 days.
»Low temperatures and humidity during application prolong the curing time, while high ones reduce it.
