Acrylic primer

Ready-to-use white, acrylic-grade white acrylic substrate that creates a rough surface and is recommended to enhance the adhesion of Flexo Plaster, WaterProof Plaster, Granite and ClimaComfort Stucco. It is suitable for use on exterior or interior surfaces of concrete, plaster, and standard building materials as well as on previously painted surfaces. It has high resistance to alkalis. It offers very good coverage, high efficiency and uniform spread. It can be painted in a similar shade to the final coating. It has ETA certification (10/0122) as an integral part of the external thermal insulation system ClimaTotal.

SURFACE PREPARATION AND APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
To ensure better adhesion, the surface is required to be dry, clean and free from dust, oils, salts, rust, loose paint and residue, puffy paints, etc. Before application, remove psoriasis, fungi and greenery with mechanical sanding, wash with soapy water and allow the background to dry.
»Use Kraft Putty to fill in gaps, cracks and other worn surfaces.
»It is recommended that the fresh concrete, putty, plaster and gypsum surfaces be allowed to dry for at least 4 weeks before the application of PLASTER PRIMER.
»In the Clima Total system: Apply a layer of Plaster Primer on the Strong Bond. Allow to dry for about 4-8 hours before applying the final decorative substrate.
»Suitable for: concrete surfaces, plaster, plaster, cement mortar, plaster, acrylic and water-based substrates and standard building materials as well as for gypsum boards and substrates with good adhesion.
»Not suitable for: non-absorbent surfaces, plastics, varnishes and oily substrates. You can use BONDING PRIMER.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
Tools: Apply the product with a roller or brush.
Cleaning of tools: Immediately after application the tools should be cleaned with hot soapy water.
Dilution: Dilution of the product is not recommended.
Surface drying time: 4 hours at 25ºC and relative humidity 50%.
»Time required before the application of the final coating: 4 hours at a temperature of 25ºC and relative humidity 50%.
»Complete drying time: 24 hours at a temperature of 25ºC and relative humidity 50%.
»The temperature of air, material and substrate during the application of the substrate must exceed 5 ° C.
»Protect the surface from direct sunlight, rain or strong wind with burlap.
»High relative humidity and low temperature can significantly extend the drying time and cause color variation.
