Decorative acrylic coating for wall protection, ready to use, organic high solids coating. It is based on a combination of acrylic polymer suspension, natural granules and additional water repellent improvers. It is suitable for use on external or internal surfaces of common building materials as well as on previously painted surfaces and in external thermal insulation systems.
It presents high transpiration and excellent resistance to rain, frost, atmospheric pollution protecting the walls for a long time. It has excellent adhesion to all types of traditional plasters and to any type of painted surface, offering a uniform, stylish finish in many shades.

SURFACE PREPARATION AND APPLICATION

“To ensure good adhesion of CLIMA TOP BASIC, the surface must be dry, free of dust, oil, salts, rust, loose paint and residues, swollen paint, etc. Before applying remove psoriasis, fungus and greening with mechanical sanding, wash with soapy water and allow the background to dry.
“Use KRAFT Putty or other suitable KRAFT repair material to fill gaps, cracks and other damaged surfaces.
“On fresh cements the application is done after at least 4 weeks.
“On new or already painted, absorbent surfaces and on cementitious base coats of external thermal insulation systems, apply one coat of PLASTER PRIMER.
“After 24 hours apply one coat of BASIC PLASTER with a stainless steel metal trowel. Then sand with a plastic spatula to smooth the surface to the size of the grain. On large surfaces it is recommended to apply without interruptions, in order to avoid mottling.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

“Tools: stainless steel metal spatula. Plastic spatula for grinding the surface to the size of the grain.
“Cleaning tools: immediately after application, tools should be cleaned with warm water and soap or a detergent solution. Remove as much plaster from the tools as possible before cleaning.
“Dilution: dilution is not recommended.
“Touch drying time: 1-2 hours at 25ºC and 50% relative humidity.
“Surface drying time: 24 hours at a temperature of 25ºC and relative humidity of 50%.
“Full drying time: 7 days at 25ºC and 50% relative humidity.
“Drying times are prolonged at lower temperatures and higher relative humidity.
“Stir the product before use and at regular intervals during application with a mechanical drill.
“Do not apply at temperatures below 10ºC and above 35ºC and at humidity levels above 65%.
“Do not apply in case of imminent rain or in direct sunlight and wind. Protect the applied surface with burlap.
